Exhausting

As a Jeep guy, I was a repeat customer over the years but every aspect of this cover/transaction was disappointing.

First, the design was 2” off center between the seams so I had to pull the cover more to the left to balance it and barely had enough wrap on the right side. Another consequence of this is a very loose fit with “bubbling” in the middle.
Next was shipping: Every cover I received in the past was loosely rolled; however, this one was creased and flattened like paper down to about a square foot in a paper mailer pouch. It’s been almost a month and the creases are still the same, even when I tried to apply heat and steam. I waited to write this review bc I wanted to be sure.
The design itself also had smearing all around it but I didn’t complain about that because honestly I think it actually looks pretty cool. I just mention it for other customers to note.
Customer service pretty much just gave me the it-is-what-it-is response after admitting that they changed their process somehow.
I don’t even get mad anymore. It just seems that every time I try to support American-made I always get burned. Might as well try to find a chinese one on Amazon.
