Great product - awful customer service

The tire cover is high quality and beautifully made. It fits perfectly and looks great.
I had a very minor problem and contacted customer service by email. The response I received from Chelsea was defensive, rude and very unprofessional. I highly recommend the product, but if there is a reason to contact the company, do yourself a favor and don't try to deal with Chelsea
